SERVICE TERMS · LAST UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2026
Terms of Service
RevPilot provides AI-assisted enquiry handling, lead qualification, follow-up, appointment, payment, analytics, and workspace administration tools. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to maintain accurate account and workspace information.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your users, business content, connected channels, payment configuration, recipient consent, and review of AI-generated answers and actions. Do not use RevPilot for unlawful communications, prohibited content, or decisions that require professional judgment without appropriate human oversight.
Workspace and integrations
Workspace data is isolated by organization membership and access roles. You authorize RevPilot to process configured data and call connected providers on your behalf. You must protect credentials, configure valid webhook and OAuth endpoints, and promptly disconnect integrations you no longer authorize.
Payments and availability
Customer payment status is recorded from verified provider events; creating a payment link is not confirmation of payment. AI, provider, network, and scheduled-worker availability can vary, and the service reports configured failures rather than guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.
Review and changes
Review all AI-generated outputs before relying on them. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will publish the effective date with material changes. These product terms are an implementation baseline and require jurisdiction-specific legal review before public launch.
