Privacy Policy

RevPilot processes account details, workspace configuration, contacts, leads, conversations, knowledge sources, usage records and integration data to provide the revenue workflow requested by your organization.

How data is used

We use this information to authenticate users, isolate workspaces, answer enquiries from approved knowledge, qualify leads, run configured follow-ups, schedule appointments, process payments, provide support, enforce quotas, prevent abuse, and monitor reliability.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database services. Depending on your configuration, RevPilot may send limited data to AI, messaging, calendar, email, payment, or automation providers. Provider credentials remain server-side. Configure only integrations approved by your organization.

Controls and retention

Workspace access is governed by membership and database row-level security. Records are retained while the workspace is active and as needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Contact the RevPilot administrator to request access, correction, export, or deletion; requests may require verification and may be limited by applicable law.

Important notice

Do not submit sensitive or regulated information unless your organization has approved that use. AI output should be reviewed by a person before consequential decisions. This product notice is an implementation baseline and requires jurisdiction-specific legal review before public launch.
